Yes, I used Snapchat for all of these...
You can't really see the bird because it's so far but, I promise you, it's there. Basically, for the whole day, my friend and I were walking around town looking for the items on the list. We found several of them but birds just kept eluding us (mostly because they were too fast for us). We finally decided to head to my house and wait for the birds there because of the fence in our backyard they seemed to love perching on. We waited for possibly 5 minutes under the scorching sun before one of them stayed long enough for me to take a picture with it. I like this picture because of how much I'm grasping at straws to capture a bird on camera.
We found the moss by the Pittsburg Historical Museum. At first we decided not to take a picture of it because the moss didn't exactly jump to catch your attention because it was so dried up. But as we were walking away, I realized we had water bottles! We watered the moss to make it more visible and it ended up looking like the British Isles (To be quite honest, that's the reason why I chose this picture.)!
It's a dandelion! Again, it's far but it's there. I was just too scared to go near for fear of snakes or whatever may be hiding in those prickly bushes.
We were so excited to find the plant because of pure luck. We were just strolling by the marina, not expecting to find anything, but when we turned around, deciding to head back, my friend immediately found the dandelion! I was so happy I started jumping and slapping my friend on the arm!
